therapeutic horsemanship

Boots to Grasses Therapeutic Horsemanship Program is a Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship - PATH - International certified volunteer-based, 501c-3 non-profit organization which provides the opportunity for personal growth to children/adults and military veterans facing challenges through the horsemanship experience. Our mission is to provide a recreational and therapeutic equine experience (EAAT - Equine Assisted Activities and Therapies) which develops physical, cognitive, and emotional capabilities and enhances self-esteem. Our program strives to provide a state of peace and accomplishment to our students. We really strive to make our program inclusive of every student. Our BtG Family Members have such a wide range of ages, strengths and abilities - some of our friends have diagnosis and some do not. Our biggest goal is that we all work together and learn from each other!
